In the first one, go to the lower left and find "related info" and try some of the redirections that are underlined like 'basics' This is the home and garden website with emphasis on Debbie Travis who does a home reno show. Some very good ideas in this website. Travis started her original show in the UK and moved to North America. Her shows have some great ideas for DIY on the cheap.

If you have a "Christmas Tree Shop" in your area, that's the place to go. Look at their mirrors and art work, they also have curtains, bedding, couch pillows, vases and so much more, and they're CHEAP! Keep your decorating clean and simple, less is more. Use door frames as if they were picture frames, from whatever angle in the room you look through the door the scene should be framed like a picture. Have the colors flow from room to room. You don't want to have a bright yellow kitchen that can be seen from a purple living room. Check out the color charts to bring your rooms together. Have fun and good luck.

I simply adore that water bottle (next to the candle) on the table. It adds that extra element so needed in such a room. Also, you might think about keeping a fire extinguisher because of the burning candle. It would work hanging nearby as an art element. Marvelous video.

There's Bed, Bath and Beyond, Target, Walmart, Kmart, the Dollar Store. I would accessorize and use plants, art, etc…Also, you can go to the fabric store (Michael's, Rag Shop) and cover old furniture, pillow, blankets, and more to give your room a whole new look.
