No. It won't pass. Even with the super majority in the Senate and majority in the house, this bill will not pass. It's controversial and the public generally doesn't want it.

I'm predicting that if it does pass, there will be riots all throughout the country. Furthermore, the Democrats will lose their majorities and Obama will lose reelection. They are damned if they do and damned if they don't (but much more damned if they do).
